The Hillstate | Seoul, Korea
This luxury residential high-rise is composed of one 30-story tower and four 20-story towers, each with a retail base and terraced gardens.
Marriott Hotel | Puerto Peñasco, México
Environmentally sound building and design practices were used to build this 600-unit luxury hotel.
St. Regis Resort | Puerto Los Cabos, México
This new, luxury resort will feature a wide range of sophisticated accommodations, including 200 keys, 60 apartments, two restaurants and a spa.
Nadya Park | Nagoya Japan
Known as Japan's "Design Capital," Nagoya boasts high-end retail and office space, an international design center, and groundbreaking architectural design.
W Hotel | México City, México
Featuring a non-traditional lobby, multi-level lounge, and 237 breathtaking rooms, the W Hotel, México City, received the "Golden Key Award" by the International Hotel-Motel & Restaurant Association and the MAA "Best Hospitality Project."
The Wilshire | Los Angeles, California
A premier residential high-rise on the prestigious Wilshire Boulevard in Los Angeles, featuring enclosed glass conservatories, numerous balconies, and panoramic views of Los Angeles.
Ritz Carlton Hotel and Residences | México City, México
Two luxury high-rises located within the inner ring of buildings around México City's Angel de la Independencia landmark, the heart of the capital. The multi-use buildings will feature a hotel, residences, and a complete spectrum of upscale amenities.
Xiao Nan Guo Garden Hotel | Shanghai, China
Fine dining, a Japanese-style spa and health center, and 280 luxury hotel units were incorporated into this 500,000-square-foot hotel.

Juan Diego Perez-Vargas | Chairman of the Board
Mr. Perez-Vargas oversees international operations for KMD and provides design leadership in hospitality projects worldwide. His experience in Hospitality and Master Planning has been instrumental in placing KMD as a leading firm in the architectural marketplace.
Carlos Fernandez del Valle | Principal
Mr. Fernandez del Valle is a principal and senior designer of KMD's México office, responsible for managing the design process as well as quality control of residential, hospitality, corporate, retail, entertainment and institutional projects in KMD México.
Herbert McLaughlin | Chairman Emeritus
Under Mr. McLaughlin's design and research direction, KMD has won over 100 design awards, and has been recognized for its success in international design competitions.
Roy Latka | CEO
A KMD team member since 1968, Mr. Latka oversees all financial, contractual, and administrative issues for each KMD project, and is also principal-in-charge of KMD's international operations.
Robert Ludden | COO
Mr. Ludden brings decades of expertise in the management of architectural/engineering professional service organizations to KMD, as well as experience in various types of business management.

For six decades, Loews has offered the ultimate in travel experiences with a number of luxury hotels in the U.S. and Canada. With a reputation for delighting guests with quality service and accommodations, Loews utilized DESIGN360unlimited's expertise for designing the interiors in a number of its projects, including Loews Lake Las Vegas, Loews Coronado Island Suites & Guestrooms and the Loews Santa Monica Hotel in California.

Las Banderas del Banco | Puerta Vallarta, México
Inspired by the romantic charm of classical Mexican architecture, the hotel and villas of El Banco feature a relaxed, yet dramatic, design referred to as "New World Spanish Colonial." DESIGN360unlimited's work on this project, in particular, is very similar to the classic Mexican style of Artesana Rosewood Residences®.
Villa Saletta, a Raff les hotel | Tuscany
An historic Tuscan village and estate—once owned by the Riccardi family, bankers to the Medici family—Villa Saletta is now a charming hotel and vineyard, featuring classic yet contemporary high-end regional design with the traditional feel of an Italian renaissance village.

As a second-generation designer with a degree from California State University, Northridge and international design experience in Florence and London, Dean Singer has the knowledge and expertise to transform every DESIGN360 project into a masterpiece. Mr. Singer's previous work experience includes Director of Design at the world's largest design firm, and "Hotel Design" Professor at UCLA.

Continuing Four Seasons' reputation for excellence, the new restaurant, bar, suites, zen garden, suite building and pools were built to bring forth Mexican design with tranquility and luxury.
Monte Xanic | Valle de Guadalupe, B.C.
This ambitious project combines the world-class Banyan Tree brand with one of México’s greatest wineries, Monte Xanic. The hotel and winery will feature 30 private suites, a lakeside amphitheater with a restaurant, wine cellars, vineyards and many other exclusive amenities.
Punta Nizuc | Quintana Roo, Cancun
This high-end hotel is found in one of México's greatest destinations—Quintana Roo, Cancun—and will feature two world-class restaurants, a luxurious spa, 70 suites and a number of private residences.
Quinta Real | Distrito Federal
This project, located in downtown México City, will be a residential complex with hotel amenities, such as a spa, gym, restaurants and more, allowing residents to enjoy all of the amenities found at a world-class hotel, every day.
St. Regis | Los Cabos, B.C.
This luxury beachfront hotel will feature St. Regis' traditional excellence in service, a spa, restaurants, a suite building and private villas. This ambitious project will mix architecture with nature combining it into a luxurious and tranquil experience.
