As co-founder of Bald Mountain Development, LLC, and the former Vice President of Hines Interests–an international development firm–Mr. Parker has decades of experience overseeing the development of large-scale projects, including land acquisition, financing, entitlements, planning, design, construction and operations.
Kelly Foster | Principal
Mr. Foster leads Bald Mountain's projects in Sayulita, México and Teton Valley, Idaho. Prior to joining Bald Mountain, Mr. Foster played a pivotal role in sales and marketing of several early-stage startups in Silicon Valley.
Victor M. Cortes | Project General Manager
As a Mexican national and long time U.S. resident, Mr. Cortes brings a bilingual and bicultural perspective to Artesana San Miguel. As Vice President of Development for Denver based St. Charles Town Company, Mr. Cortes led the development of several residential, commercial and mixed-use projects including entitlements, design, construction and marketing. As a part of the international development company, Intrawest Placemaking, he later assisted in the development of Winter Park Resort in Colorado including a new village, hotels and condominiums. Mr. Cortes lives in San Miguel with his wife and two children.
Eric Carman | Vice President of Construction & Design
Mr. Carman's has over 30 years of managing large scale commercial, industrial, residential and mixed use projects. This experience allows for additional oversight to assure that projects stay within budget and on schedule.
