Model Leaseback Program:
For a limited time, we are offering a model leaseback program that includes a 20% discount on select residences. Artesana will leaseback these homes from owners until June 30, 2012 with a developer option for a 6-month extension. The price is inclusive of a rooftop kitchen and Jacuzzi. The developer will also cover HOA dues, maintenance, housekeeping and insurance on the home, as well as utilities, repairs, and replacement. Furniture and décor also will be supplied, with an option to purchase at lease-end at a reduced cost.
